DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO LIMA
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Lima
You will be welcomed by your private guide and driver upon your arrival to the airport in Lima. Check into your historically charming and cozy boutique accommodation that was once a summer home to Peruvian family. Enjoy your afternoon of leisure. Later this afternoon, gather in the hotel lobby for an exclusive cocktail making class. Learn about the local libations and make three delicious cocktails with your mixologist. Following, independently enjoy your dinner at the hotel or opt to select from one of our suggested restaurants.

DAY 2: LIMA
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Lima
Following breakfast, meet your exclusively private and personalized local guide for a curated walking food tour. Travel to the market and to local gems for behind-the-scenes experiences that only a professional local guide can offer. Taste the best variety of vegetables and fruits in the country, including exotic products from the Andes and jungle. Conclude your tour with a traditional cevicheria. Here, you will savor delicious ceviche. This afternoon will be at your leisure. Gather this evening for a Welcome to Peru Dinner where you will delight in the tastes of one of the best Latin America restaurants.

DAY 3: LIMA
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Lima
Begin your morning with an energizing yoga session overlooking the ocean. Following, enjoy a delicious Peruvian breakfast before meeting your guide for a bike ride. You'll breeze through the colorful streets of Lima and explore the streets of its most lively neighborhoods. Highlights include viewing the Bridge of Sighs, Barranco's Main Square, and the renewed Heroes Park. Return to your hotel and enjoy your lunch independently. Following, meet for a private contemporary art tour. Take a journey through timeless Latin American art, as you discover more than 300 art pieces, including paintings, sculptures, photography, graphic work, video art, and installations belonging to pre-Hispanic, colonial, republican and modern times. The rest of the afternoon and evening is yours to enjoy on your own.

DAY 4: LIMA + CUSCO + SACRED VALLEY
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in the Sacred Valley
Following breakfast, you will be met by your host and escorted to the Lima airport. Travel via flight to Cusco, the capital city of the Incas. Upon arrival, transfer to the Sacred Valley. En route to your accommodation, you will stop at the Awanakancha Llama Farm, where you will interact with native weavers. Prior to your independent dinner, you will meet with your representative who will provide you with a briefing on your upcoming Inca Trail Express tour.

DAY 5: SACRED VALLEY
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in the Sacred Valley
Following breakfast, meet your private guide and transfer to Maras for a walking tour of this colonial city. Following, transfer via bus to the top of the salt mines and breathe in the beautiful scenery. Continue to Urubamba for your private cooking class. Learn about the regional ingredients and enjoy your delicious meal. The evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

DAY 6: SACRED VALLEY + MACHU PICCHU
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Aguas Calientes
Today, prepare for your adventure to Machu Picchu. Meet your driver and transfer to the Ollanta Train Station to the beginning of your trek. Hike for approximately 3 hours along the well-preserved remains of Wiñay Wayna. Take a respite and explore the ruins of the houses, terraces, and local museum. Following, continue your final leg to the trek of the lost city of Machu Picchu. Hike to the Sun Gate and take in an awe inspiring panoramic view of the citadel. Take your final descent through the Inti Punku gateway. Transfer via bus to your hotel in Aguas Calientes and enjoy a group dinner together prior to concluding your day for a well-deserved rest.

DAY 7: MACHU PICCHU + CUSCO
A locally-run boutique 4* hotel in Cusco
After an early breakfast, transfer via bus to the Machu Picchu citadel. Enter the ruins for a final breathtaking view and privately guided tour of the city. Concluding the tour, enjoy your lunch independently. This afternoon, say farewell and transfer via bus and train to Ollantaytambo. Transfer to your Cusco boutique hotel and prepare for your Novoandino cuisine. Here, enjoy your Farewell to Peru Dinner by savoring the delicious cuisine paired with native ingredients and innovative dishes--introducing your palette to tastes rarely experienced. Evening at leisure.

DAY 8: DEPART CUSCO + LIMA
Day use of an airport hotel room in Lima
Today, take a private city tour of Cusco, the former capital of the Incan Empire. Stroll along Cusco's impressive Plaza de Armas, visiting both the Spanish cathedral and the Inca Temple of the Sun, Qoricancha. Continue to the ruins above the city and learn about its essential role of the ancient capital. Later this afternoon, transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. Following, transfer to your hotel to pack and prepare for your one-way flight to Lima. Enjoy the use of a day-room in Lima prior to boarding your international flight back home.

Terms & Conditions (Worldwide Willett, LLC)
Your Terms & Conditions will be enclosed in your Registration Packet upon sign-up. You may also obtain a copy by submitting a request to info@worldwidewillett.com.
Passport
If traveling internationally, you must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the return from your trip.
Deposit (Pre-planned trips)
A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required for each traveler to secure the booking. 50% of your balance is due 30 days following your confirmation (varies by destination). Your final balance is due 90 days prior to the trip start date (dependent on the trip).
Rates + Fares
Rates quoted are accurate at the time of quotation and are subject to change until the program is confirmed. All rates are based upon official exchange rates that are guaranteed once programs are paid in full. Air quotes are based on current fares and are subject to change prior to ticketing. Rates are based on confidential tariffs and quoted for a complete program. No price breakdowns will be provided.
Payment
Payments can be made either by 1) full payment on booking 2) Deposit on booking + payment schedule. Payments will be invoiced via email for credit card or via check by mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, less the trip deposit, are refundable up to 90 days prior to the trip start date unless otherwise specified. In addition to the above, you will be liable for any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind.
Flexible Booking Policy Specific to COVID-19
In the wake of COVID-19, Worldwide Willett, LLC has implemented a flexible booking policy that allows for deposits and payments to be transferable to the greatest extent possible to new trip dates, should a recurrence of COVID-19 render travel impossible due to border closures and related travel restrictions.
Travel Insurance
The trip price does not include travel insurance. Trip protection-style travel insurance that includes travel medical coverage is required for all trips with Worldwide Willett, LLC. The coverage must have a minimum $200,000 of medical coverage and include injury, medical, evacuation, and repatriation. Trip insurance information will be included upon your registration.
Airlines
Worldwide Willett, LLC has no control over any airline operations and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations. Airline delays and any extra expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the airline.
Force Majeure
Worldwide Willett, LLC is not liable for acts of God, fire, weather, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, dangers incident to sea, land and air travel and other similar incidents beyond its control.
Responsibility
Worldwide Willett, LLC is a Georgia-based corporation purchasing transportation, hotel and cruise accommodations, restaurants and other services from various independent suppliers not affiliated with Worldwide Willett, LLC in any way. Although Worldwide Willett, LLC chooses the best suppliers available, the company has no right to control their operations and CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of a supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of Worldwide Willett, LLC, or (2) defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment under the control of independent suppliers.
Documents, Personal Identification, Vaccinations
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations. Travelers are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Worldwide Willett, LLC does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above, and reserves the right to collect information on all.
