This trip to Jekyll Island, Georgia is a 6-day wellness retreat situated on the Georgia coastal region. Our adventure begins by retreating where the salt meets the sea at a charming cottage along the seaside. Enjoy exclusive and private wellness workshops and culinary experiences with Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, Cassidy Manning. This getaway will provide you with the opportunity to reset and renew--awakening the best version of yourself -- healthy, balanced, and fulfilled. Enjoy daily morning workout sessions on the beach, private cooking classes paired with nutritional guides and an array of special activities. Experience an exclusive river of dolphins tour and boat ride. Meander the local shops of the town and tour the beloved intimate and remote Raccoon Key Island. Learn about its ancient oyster reef, followed by your own private oyster roast. As you move to the coastal and creative pace of the lowcountry, experience off-the-beaten-path gems that will awaken your spirit, leaving you renewed and relaxed with a desire to return year after year!

DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO BRUNSWICK + JEKYLL ISLAND

Welcomed by your guide and driver upon arrival to the Brunswick airport. Transfer to your secluded boutique beachside cottage in Jekyll Island, where you will be spending the following six nights (approximately 30-minute drive). Upon arrival, get settled into your exclusive retreat. Gather this evening for a private Welcome Dinner overlooking the ocean.

DAY 2: JEKYLL ISLAND

Optional sunrise beachside yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Meet on the beach for a customized one-hour workout custom designed by Cassidy. Following, learn about one of Cassidy's favorite recipes and prepare a delicious lowcountry breakfast with locally grown and freshly prepared ingredients. Gather together in the kitchen this afternoon and prepare a delicious lunch from one of Cassidy's premiere recipes. Spend the rest of your day at leisure--soaking up the sun on the beach, taking a beach walk, or opting to venture out for a horseback ride on the beach or some paddle boarding.

DAY 3: JEKYLL ISLAND

Optional sunrise beachside yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Meet on the beach for a customized one-hour workout custom designed by Cassidy. Following, learn about one of Cassidy's favorite recipes and prepare a delicious lowcountry breakfast with locally grown and freshly prepared ingredients. This morning, take a privately guided bike tour of Jekyll Island's paths and trails. Cruise through the maritime forest, beach, marsh and historic sites across the island. Enjoy your lunch independently in town and perhaps enjoy a bit of shopping. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure. This evening, gather for an exclusive walk with the Georgia Sea Turtle education staff and learn about the loggerhead sea turtles that nest along the coast. Witness a nesting mother or an excavation of a recently hatched nest. Following, head to a group dinner at a local restaurant in town.

DAY 4: JEKYLL ISLAND + LITTLE RACOON KEY

Optional sunrise beachside yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Meet on the beach for a customized one-hour workout custom designed by Cassidy. Following, learn about one of Cassidy's favorite recipes and prepare a delicious lowcountry breakfast with locally grown and freshly prepared ingredients. Today, venture out to Little Raccoon Key, a reef island off the coast of Georgia. It is a small, uninhabited island with abundant marine, land, and bird life that make the unspoiled island one-of-a-kind. Here, you will have an onboard marine history and biology tour to and from the island. During this trip, witness St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, Cumberland Island, and the gorgeous Sidney Lanier Bridge. It is common to see large pods of dolphins swimming by the island of pelicans diving into the water to catch fish. Also, learn about ancient oyster reefs. These oysters are a very important part of the island’s ecosystem, so please be wary when walking around the oysters. Enjoy a delicious oyster reef roast lunch. Try your hand at shucking your own oysters, as you join in this lowcountry tradition. Return to your cottage for an evening of leisure, rest, and relaxation.

DAY 5: JEKYLL ISLAND

Following, learn about one of Cassidy's favorite recipes and prepare a delicious lowcountry breakfast with locally grown and freshly prepared ingredients. This afternoon, following lunch, gather for a local artist presentation and get your creative spirit flowing as you make an artistic treasure to take home. Following, enjoy an afternoon of pampering at the local spa with a massage, pedicure, facial, or scrub (additional cost). The rest of the afternoon and evening is at your leisure.

DAY 6: JEKYLL ISLAND

Optional sunrise beachside yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Have a leisurely breakfast. Meet on the beach for a customized one-hour workout custom designed by Cassidy. Following, learn about one of Cassidy's favorite recipes and prepare a delicious lowcountry breakfast with locally grown and freshly prepared ingredients. Today is your final day and it is offered to you to renew, relax, and truly retreat. The day is yours to enjoy. Suggested activities include: horseback riding on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, beachside bocce ball or sunbathing. Gather this evening for a Farewell to the Lowcountry Dinner.

DAY 7: DEPART JEKYLL ISLAND + BRUNSWICK
Optional sunrise beachside yoga is available for those who would like to participate. Have a leisurely breakfast. Meet on the beach for a customized one-hour workout custom designed by Cassidy. Following, learn about one of Cassidy's favorite recipes and prepare a delicious lowcountry breakfast with locally grown and freshly prepared ingredients. Depart your seaside cottage on Jekyll Island. Transfer to the Brunswick airport. As you return home, recollect how you awakened the best version of yourself--physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Terms & Conditions (Worldwide Willett, LLC)
Your Terms & Conditions will be enclosed in your Registration Packet upon sign-up. You may also obtain a copy by submitting a request to info@worldwidewillett.com.
Passport
If traveling internationally, you must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the return from your trip.
Deposit (Pre-planned trips)
A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required for each traveler to secure the booking. 50% of your balance is due 30 days following your confirmation (varies by destination). Your final balance is due 90 days prior to the trip start date (dependent on the trip).
Rates + Fares
Rates quoted are accurate at the time of quotation and are subject to change until the program is confirmed. All rates are based upon official exchange rates that are guaranteed once programs are paid in full. Air quotes are based on current fares and are subject to change prior to ticketing. Rates are based on confidential tariffs and quoted for a complete program. No price breakdowns will be provided.
Payment
Payments can be made either by 1) full payment on booking 2) Deposit on booking + payment schedule. Payments will be invoiced via email for credit card or via check by mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, less the trip deposit, are refundable up to 90 days prior to the trip start date unless otherwise specified. In addition to the above, you will be liable for any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind.
Flexible Booking Policy Specific to COVID-19
In the wake of COVID-19, Worldwide Willett, LLC has implemented a flexible booking policy that allows for deposits and payments to be transferable to the greatest extent possible to new trip dates, should a recurrence of COVID-19 render travel impossible due to border closures and related travel restrictions.
Travel Insurance
The trip price does not include travel insurance. Trip protection-style travel insurance that includes travel medical coverage is required for all trips with Worldwide Willett, LLC. The coverage must have a minimum $200,000 of medical coverage and include injury, medical, evacuation, and repatriation. Trip insurance information will be included upon your registration.
Airlines
Worldwide Willett, LLC has no control over any airline operations and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations. Airline delays and any extra expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the airline.
Force Majeure
Worldwide Willett, LLC is not liable for acts of God, fire, weather, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, dangers incident to sea, land and air travel and other similar incidents beyond its control.
Responsibility
Worldwide Willett, LLC is a Georgia-based corporation purchasing transportation, hotel and cruise accommodations, restaurants and other services from various independent suppliers not affiliated with Worldwide Willett, LLC in any way. Although Worldwide Willett, LLC chooses the best suppliers available, the company has no right to control their operations and CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of a supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of Worldwide Willett, LLC, or (2) defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment under the control of independent suppliers.
Documents, Personal Identification, Vaccinations
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations. Travelers are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Worldwide Willett, LLC does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above, and reserves the right to collect information on all.
