DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA
A private local boutique accommodation (exclusive use)
Welcomed by your guide and driver upon arrival at the Cartagena airport. Here, you will board your private transportation and transfer to the Old Town section of the city (~20-minute drive). Upon arrival, check into your privately exclusive boutique accommodation, where you will retreat for the following three nights. Your afternoon will be set at a relaxing pace at your leisure to explore the colors of the city and its local boutiques or to relax on the patio with a glass of wine and a book. This evening, gather for your Welcome to Cartagena dinner.

DAY 2: CARTAGENA
A private local boutique accommodation (exclusive use)
Enjoy your breakfast at your own pace. Afterwards, meet your private guide for a behind-the-scenes architecture and history tour. Learn about the construction of the city and the history behind the colors of this vibrant city. Continue with lunch at a local café and savor the specialties of Colombian cuisine. Conclude as you walk to the neighborhood of Getsamani. Here, at a local bar, you will learn about the history of Colombian rum and savor on five different varieties. Following, gather together for a Welcome to Colombia Dinner.

DAY 3: CARTAGENA

Today, meet your guide for an exclusive street art walking tour. Discover spectacular street art in the neighborhood of Getsamani and recount the history, culture and daily life of this authentic and vibrant area of Cartagena’s Old City. Learn about the artists, techniques and stories behind each of the murals, while understanding how it portrays the neighborhood's history, culture and daily life. Following, learn about Caribbean cuisine as you prepare seafood, coconut rice, and other Colombian specialties. Uniquely situated in a colonial house in the historical city center, learn from your private chef how to prepare typical dishes from simple ingredients. Afterwards, savor your lunch and all the uniqueness it offers. The rest of your afternoon is at your leisure.

DAY 4: ROSARIO ISLANDS
A 4* boutique seaside retreat (exclusive use)
This morning, say farewell to Cartagena as you embark on your private power boat. Travel approximately 1-hour to the nearby Rosario Islands, a Caribbean sensation. Here, you will truly have the opportunity to rest and relax. Enjoy exclusive use of this luxurious seaside retreat. The afternoon and evening will be yours to enjoy at your leisure. Select to snorkel, paddle board, sunbathe, kayak, or go for a swim. There will be an optional evening yoga and meditation session on the beach to conclude the day.

DAY 5: ROSARIO ISLANDS
A 4* boutique seaside retreat (exclusive use)
Begin your day with a private morning yoga and meditation session. Delight in your delicious seaside breakfast. Following, take the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. Perhaps you would like to schedule a scuba diving tour or try your hand at paddle boarding or kayaking. Or, you prefer to relax on the beach with a book, while catching some of the sun's rays. The day is yours! This evening, following your dinner, gather and board your boat for an exclusive luminous plankton tour. This evening, you will become one with the sea. During new moon nights, dive into a sea of tiny stars. It is a secret that emerges from the depths of the sea, caused by the presence of an alga called Noctiluca Scintillans that causes these luminous flashes due to the movement of the sea. Return for a shower and rest up for your adventure tomorrow.

DAY 6: CARTAGENA
A private local boutique accommodation (exclusive use)
This morning, following your breakfast and optional morning yoga and meditation session on the beach, board your private power boat and travel back to the exuberant city of Cartagena. Upon arrival to your boutique accommodation, seize the day to embrace a final day of exploration and discovery. Perhaps take on a bit of last minute shopping or a few more hours by the pool. The day is yours. This evening, gather for your Farewell to Colombia dinner.

DAY 7: DEPART CARTAGENA
Following breakfast, say adios to Cartagena as you transfer to the airport and return to the USA. As you settle back home, recall the highlights and memories of your colorful Colombian Caribbean retreat. Welcome home!

Your Trip Price
*On group trips, you’ll be paired with a roommate of your same gender unless you request your own room.

Terms & Conditions (Worldwide Willett, LLC)
Your Terms & Conditions will be enclosed in your Registration Packet upon sign-up. You may also obtain a copy by submitting a request to info@worldwidewillett.com.
Passport
If traveling internationally, you must be in possession of a passport valid for 6 months after the return from your trip.
Deposit (Pre-planned trips)
A $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required for each traveler to secure the booking. 50% of your balance is due 30 days following your confirmation (varies by destination). Your final balance is due 90 days prior to the trip start date (dependent on the trip).
Rates + Fares
Rates quoted are accurate at the time of quotation and are subject to change until the program is confirmed. All rates are based upon official exchange rates that are guaranteed once programs are paid in full. Air quotes are based on current fares and are subject to change prior to ticketing. Rates are based on confidential tariffs and quoted for a complete program. No price breakdowns will be provided.
Payment
Payments can be made either by 1) full payment on booking 2) Deposit on booking + payment schedule. Payments will be invoiced via email for credit card or via check by mail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, less the trip deposit, are refundable up to 90 days prior to the trip start date unless otherwise specified. In addition to the above, you will be liable for any non-refundable deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf. There is no refund for a partially completed tour or for unused services of any kind.
Flexible Booking Policy Specific to COVID-19
In the wake of COVID-19, Worldwide Willett, LLC has implemented a flexible booking policy that allows for deposits and payments to be transferable to the greatest extent possible to new trip dates, should a recurrence of COVID-19 render travel impossible due to border closures and related travel restrictions.
Travel Insurance
The trip price does not include travel insurance. Trip protection-style travel insurance that includes travel medical coverage is required for all trips with Worldwide Willett, LLC. The coverage must have a minimum $200,000 of medical coverage and include injury, medical, evacuation, and repatriation. Trip insurance information will be included upon your registration.
Airlines
Worldwide Willett, LLC has no control over any airline operations and is not responsible for schedule changes, delays or cancellations. Airline delays and any extra expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the airline.
Force Majeure
Worldwide Willett, LLC is not liable for acts of God, fire, weather, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, terrorist acts, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, dangers incident to sea, land and air travel and other similar incidents beyond its control.
Responsibility
Worldwide Willett, LLC is a Georgia-based corporation purchasing transportation, hotel and cruise accommodations, restaurants and other services from various independent suppliers not affiliated with Worldwide Willett, LLC in any way. Although Worldwide Willett, LLC chooses the best suppliers available, the company has no right to control their operations and CANNOT, THEREFORE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of a supplier, its employees and others not under the direct control of Worldwide Willett, LLC, or (2) defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment under the control of independent suppliers.
Documents, Personal Identification, Vaccinations
Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations. Travelers are also solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Worldwide Willett, LLC does not cover the cost or assist in obtaining any of the above, and reserves the right to collect information on all.
